He is the principal partner, read law at the Universities of Ife {Obafemi Awolowo University} and Lagos, Nigeria. He has his Masters Degree in law with bias for Secured Credit Transaction Law, Tax Law, Employment Law, Corporate Governance and Company Securities. He was part of the team that produced the Digest of Lagos State Laws 1973-1985. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London and a Notary Public.

He had the opportunity of reviewing construction project documentation whilst consulting with NW Construction Nig Ltd. and has done extensive work in securities Issues such as Amicable Assurance issue of 1997, Prudent Bank Plc Issues of 2000, 2004 and 2005, Ekiti State Bond Issues of 2001and 2004, Gulf Bank Issue of 2002, International Merchant Bank Plc Issue of 2003, Jos International Breweries Issue of 2004, West African Glass Industry Plc Issue of 2005 Skye Bank Plc issue of 2008 and the merger of Afribank International Limited [merchant bankers] with the Afribank Group in 2005. He was also the Lead Counsel in the Trust Deed documentation of the first ever Real Estate Investment Trust Scheme listed in the Nigerian Capital Market in Nigeria, Shelter Trust Fund, in 2007. He had consulted on tax matters and had also acted as faculty to the Federal Inland Revenue Service.
